STANDARD’S PRESENTATIONS

Please note the congress standard’s presentation

ORAL

Speakers are encouraged to make their oral presentations using power point.
Oral presentations will last 15min in total.
Please note that you will not be able to use your own computer. All presentations must be in PowerPoint, any version up to 2007 (only extension .ppt will be readable). You may use your own computer in case of Macintosh but you should bring all adaptors and cables needed.

Animation and sound functions will be available. If you bring your presentation data in PC media, please make sure that the data is applicable to Windows Media Player.
All speakers should check into the Speaker’s Room at least two hours prior to the beginning of their session.

POSTERS

The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm (3′) wide x 120cm. (4’) high.
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).It is your responsibility to bring a printed poster.

Please, when hanging the posters note no thumbtacks will be allowed. We ask you to please, use double-sided tape. Thanks.
