ABSTRACTS PREPARATION GUIDELINES

Abstracts must be written in English using the template available online (CLIK HERE). Please download the template and follow the instructions therein.
Abstracts should contain a brief, clear statement of conclusion. All abbreviations must be defined before being used in the text. Abstracts must be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar before submission.
Title: Should be limited to 80 characters in length. Exceeding characters will be truncated.
Presenting author: The name of the presenting author must appear first in the list of authors.
Affiliation: Please report the information in a concise manner. The e-mail address of the presenting author is recommended.
Main text: There is enough space for approximately 550 words (3500 characters) of text in Times New Roman, font size 9 in a maximum area of 8.5 x 24 cm. Do NOT use a smaller font size. Use single spacing. Include graphics (minimum resolution 300 dpi) only if they will be necessary, and if they will reproduce well in black and white. Please save your diagrams at the correct size before including them in your abstract, note that the maximum size allowed for the uploaded document will be of 2 MB.
