| RESERVATION & PAYMENT |
- Reservation should be made using the on-line form. One form for room request. Please try to send the form once to avoid double booking.
- Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations.
- Hotel reservations will be booked on a first-come first-served basis upon reception of the corresponding payment.
- Grupo Pacífico has block-booked rooms for the dates of the Congress. Previous dates or late departures are subject to hotel availability. For extra nights, please contact Grupo Pacifico.
- We advise all participants to send their reservations as soon as possible to guarantee accommodation (before August 9th, 2012).
- All payments have to be made in advance to the conference start.
- All payments have to be made in Euros. In case of bank transfer payment, bank fees must be paid by the participant.
- Special needs cannot be guaranteed, however, Grupo Pacifico will do their best to honor all requests.
- A confirmation voucher will be sent right after we received the payment. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.

| ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATON & CHANGES |
- All cancellations must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing (fax or e-mail).
- Any change of name will be dealt with as a cancellation and a new booking.
- Cancellations until July 1st, 2012: full refund less 50€ for administrative costs.
- Cancellations between July 2nd and August 1st, 2012: full refund less one night deposit.
- No refund will be made for cancellations received from August 2nd, 2012 or confirmed rooms for participants who fail to attend.
Reimbursements of cancelled services will be made right after the Conference. |
